SUDDEN RISE IN COULL STOCK
(To the Editor) Sir, —A month lago an unreasoning Liberal wanted to bet me 10 to 1 that "Coull hasn’t a chance.” I don’t bet, but, this morning I asked him the "odds” and he quoted "even money,” with Reform stock odds rising so rapidly I imagine that after the owner’s story yesterday at the Opera Hous?, "punters” on Coull are in for a big haul on the 4th.—l am, etc., RACE-GOER.
