CANADIAN GOVERNMENT STEAMERS
SALE OF EIGHT. VANCOUVER, Oct. 27. Eight Canadian Government Mercantile Marine steamers, formerly employed in the Great Lakes trade, have been sold to private interests. It is understood that six will be used for the new service between Canada and Cuba, starting on November 15.
