SOW OF WORKMEN’S COTTAGES. Received October 27, 11.15 p.m. MELBOURNE. Oct. 27. A fire ear hr this morning, fanned by a strong wirtd. destroyed eleven out of a row of tvnelve workmen’s weatherboard cottages at Williamstown. A sudden cbangie of wind saved the twelfth.
