MAY RETURN IN THREE YEARS. RECOMMENDATION BY ADMIRAL COONTZ. A MOST SUCCESSFUL CRUISE. Received October 26, 5.5 p.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 24. He had doubts of the usefulness of dirigibles in major fleet operations. The fleet was in a condition to repeat tho voyage at twenty-four hours’ notice.
