GRECO-BULGARLA.N TROUBLE. HOSTILITIES CEASE. LONDON. Oct. 23. The Council of the League of Nations will meet at Genoa on Monday. Jt will deal with tho Greco-BuMarian dispute. Greeks and Bulgarians have been invited to attend. Meanwhile they will abstain from further hostiliGENEVA, Oct. 23. M. Briand has telegraphed to the Athens and Sofia Governments reminding them of their obligations under the Covenant of the League.
