TRADE AGREEMENT
CANADA AND WEST INDIES. Received Oct. 23, 9.30 p.m. (Reuter) VANCOUVER, Oct. 22. A Kingston message announces that the Legislative Council of Jamaica has ratified the trade agreement between Canada and the West Indies. The hope is expressed that Canada will give preference to Jamaica oranges.
