EVACUATION OF COLOGNE
NO DATE FIXED DR. STRESEMANN TOO OPTIMISTIC. Received October 22, 9.45 p.m. PARIS, Oct. 21. With reference to Dr. Stresemann’s prediction at the reception in Berlin that the Allies would evacuate Cologne by November 15, the French Foreign Office declares that no date has been fixed.
