ALLEGED INSUBORDINATION
GENERAL MITCHELL TO BE COURT-MARTIAL LED WASHINGTON, Oct. 20. Brigadier-General Mitchell will be court-martialled on October 28 for insubordination in criticising the War Department’s aviation policies and for his conduct in violation of good order and discipline. Thirteen high officers of the Army who are not aviators will constitute the court.
