WILL THE DOMINIONS INFLUENCE BRITAIN? Received Julv 24. 11.15 p.m. LONDON, July 23. The Morning Post asks: Will the British Government hold aloof from the Security Paet if one or other of the Dominions disapprove, or will they act. on their own responsibility for the security of the Empire? The Post proceeds to argue that the latter course is essential but hopes the dilemma will not arise.
