"BEST NEW ZEALAND EVER HAD." MR ISITT'S TRIBUTE. (By Telegraph). i From Our Parliamentary Correspondent WELLINGTON, July 23. A warm tribute to the work, zeal and enthusiasm of the Minister for Education was paid by Mr Isitt to-day. ! He said he felt it his duty to say that jHir James Parr was one of the best Ministers for Education the Dominion . had ever had. He performed his duties i in no perfunctory spirit and was honest j and enthusiastic in his desire to meet the educational conditions of the Dominion. As a member of the Canter bury Education Board, he (Mr Isitt) 'had often interviewed Sir James Parton education matters and had never gone to him without receiving a reply that lhe speaker was convinced was , right.
