The Times’ Paris correspondent says that Krim still appears confident of achieving positive success. Several unofficial French emissaries have been in contact with him lately but he has given no sign that he desires to consider peace terms. Consequently, the Franco-Spanish conditions drawn up in Madrid have not. boon communicated to him, but ho. knows they arc available when he wants them.
