FUSION QUESTION
CONFERENCE RESUMES PARTIES TO HOLD CAUCUSES AGAIN (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 28. On being approached this evening, Mr. J. A. Young, the leader of the Reform section of the fusion conference, stated: As requested by both parties, the conference resumed at 8 p.m. on Saturday. All the delegates were present, when they entered into a thoroughly earnest and friendly consideration of the question of fusion from several points of view. The conference rose at 11.30 and the delegates will report to their respective principals.” It is understood the Liberal Party will meet to-morrow at 4 p.m.
