STOCK SALE REPORTS
MARTON SALE. The N.Z. Farmers’ Co-op Distributing Co., Ltd., report a good yarding of sheep and a fair entry of cattle at their Marton yards on Monday. The sheep entry consisted principal!' of hoggets which met with a ready sale. We quote:—
Best wether hoggets 26s to 275; m.s. hoggets 24s 8<1; medium hoggett to 16s 6d; m.a. ewes, r.w. SD rams 265; eull do 18s 6d; fat ewes 25s 2d; fat cows £5 ss; 2-yr steers £2 16s to £3 10s; 20-mths steers 325; store cows 15s to 255.
