TEA AND RICE CROPS RUINED. PEKING, June 24. Damage estimated at a million dollars was caused in tho neighbourhood of Foo Chow by the flooding of the Min River. It is reported that rice and tea crops will probably be ruined. Foo Chow is extensively floode.
