LIGHT WINES AND BEERS ADVOCATED. Received June 26, 10.25 p.m. NEW YORK, June 25. A telegram from Cleveland, Ohio, says: “It would.be better to restore light wines and beer than to permit the present orgy of health-wrecking dissipation among young men and women/’ Dr. Abraham Hollender, of Chicago, told a convention of the American Institute of Homeopathy. He declared that widespread indulgence in poisonous beverages was undermining the health of the younger generation, and causing an alarming increase of hay fever.
