She afterwards settled down as a clairvoyante. She had a huge clientele of women, many of whom mysteriously disappeared. The crimes were undetected till Permiakova called at a solicitor’s house and told a beautiful daughter’s future. She order;ri to bare her neck to see if she had a lucky mark, and then murdered her with a hatchet. The police found in the woman’s flat ten blood stained hatchets.
