A WAY OUT ■ZL-. •{<:.! M. MILLERAND S PLAN Received June 9, 1 a.m. (Reuter.) PARIS, June 7. M. Francois Marsal Fouancrc, who was a Minister in M. Poincare’s Government, and a friend of President Millerand, has consented to form a Cabinet. He will introduce the new. team on the 10th inst., when he will r.ad a Presidential message, stating M. Millerand’s case. Thereafter he will submit a vote of confidence. If this is rejected, as is considered probable, M. Millcrand will resign. The President will therefore be vindicated from Ihe standpoint of only leaving his post on a clear vote of Parliament, not at the behest of one section thereof.
