DISASTROUS ERUPTION
A SENSATIONAL REPORT.
MANILA, March 25. •A delayed report from constabulary states that the inhabitants at Babuyan Island, mostly fishermen, are believed to have been killed by a volcanic eruption on March Ist. The island is at the northern extremity of Lugon, and was sparsely inhabited.
