JAPAN’S GRATITUDE
UNIQUE MANIFESTATION. Received March 24, 11. 5 p.m. OTTAWA, March 23. The gratitude of the citizens of Tokio at Canada’s help subsequent to the earthquake, was expressed in a letter with an album signed by half a million persons, which has been received by the Governor-General. The album will be exhibited and then placed in the archives of Canada.
