(Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, March 24. At to-day’s meeting of the Tramway Board, the chairman forecasted that the financial results for the year ending March 31 would be a deficit of £7OOO, which would be covered by profits made in the two preceding .years, totalling £10,271.
