GERMAN CAPITAL ABROAD
• ESTIMATED AT 4000 MILLIONS. Received March 24, 8.5 p.m. PARIS, March 23. M. Andre Sayous, a well-known banker, says: Although German capital abroad is officially estimated at 2231 I million gold marks,' the amount must be at least 4000 million. The Deutsche Bank alone had 26,000 American accounts open at the middle of 1922. M. Sayous personally estimates German capital in foreign countries at 12,000 million gold marks, whereof 50 per cent, is in America.
