FRANCE’S JUDICIAL TRIBUNALS
REMOVAL FROM POLITICAL INFLUENCE. Received May 28, 8.30 p.m. PADIS, May 27. The Ministerial Council decided to introduce a Bill amending the constitution by creating a modified supreme tribunal, which shall be independent of political influences, composed of forty judges, in addition to lenators.
