Advances in the Baghdad railway loans, due to the imported acquisition of the railway by an Anglo-Swiss syndicate, "equalled 100.000 per cent. Meta! trade journals give details of a vast new acquisition by the Stinnes group, notably iron and steel works, in Polish Upper Silesia, Caeohoslovakia and Hungary.--Aus.-N.Z. Cable Association..
