LONDON. March 1. Sir Phillip Lloyd-Graeme, questioned in the House of Commons, said he hoped and believed that the steps taken to give effect to Sir Joynson Hicks’ report had removed all difficulties regarding the management of the Empire Exhibition. There was now every prospect of whole-hearted support from all quarters. All concerned were indebted to Sir Joynson Hicks for his thorough investigation and report.
