THE SECRECY OATH. (Fer Press Association. > MASTERTON, March 28. Regarding a letter from Mr. H. E. tfjpcmbs, secretary of the P. and T. Association, stating that a circular letter was being sent to Chambers of Commerce inferring that postal officers might not remain true to their oath of secrecy if affiliation with the Alliance of Labour took place, the local Chamber passed a resolution that it had no sympathy with the inference. but deprecated affiliation with the Alliance.
