BOXING.
DEMPSEY v. WILLARD. Received November 4, I a.m. OTTAWA, Nov. 3. According to a Montreal message, Dempsey announced that be has agreed to meet Willard lor a fifteen-round bout on March 17th, 1921. The location of the fight has not been settled yet.
