OVERSEA TRADE BILL.

WOKING TO RUSSIA. Received August 1, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, July 31. The House of Commons passed the third reading, of the Oversea Trade Bill, providing credits of twenty-six millions sterling to courage, - exports to war-shattered countries. Mr. Kellaway said as soon as trade negotiations with Russia were concluded, as he believed they would be, Russia would be included in the Bill, because undoubtedly Russia would be one of*the most hopeful markets for British trade.
