TROUBLE IN BOMBAY.
.BOCKERS JOIN MILL STRIKERS. (The Times.) Received January 29, 9.30 p.m. BOMBAY. January 26. Ten thousand dockers have joined the mill strikers. The 1 situation is ugly. Looting and rioting have begun. All shops in the mill areas are closed. Troops fired on the looters and there were a few casualties.
