BRITAIN’S COAL TROUBLE.
I MINERS’ INTENTIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received January 29, 8 p.m. LONDON. January 28. Representatives of the Miners’ Federation will met Mr. Lloyd George to-day in reference to coal prices, shortage of domestic supplies, and cost of living. If Mr. Lloyd George’s reply is unsatisfactory it is understood the miners will inaugurate a new national wages campaign.
