DURIE HILL RATEPAYERS AND ELECTORS' ASSOCIATION.
A meeting of the executive of the above was held last evening in the office of the late Mr J. L. Stevenson. Present: Mesa's Hague-jSmith (chair). Nairn, Durie, Maxwell, Minnell, and Crowe. Apologies were made for the absenco of Messrs Cohen and Ball.
It was resolved: That, with a view to arouse, if possible, the interest of residents in the work of their Association, the executive arrange to have a schedule prepared showing improvements already carried out through the instrumentality of the Association; also setting out a. future policy of works and improvements required in the suburb, and for which the executive intend to use its" influence to the full.
