INDUSTRIAL PROBLEMS.

The Trades Union Congress meets, on the 9th to consider the creation of an effective Trades Union centre to deal with industrial questions. The scheme will necessitate the reorganisation of the functions of "the Parliamentary Committee, in order to secure' real co-ordination with the Trades Union movement.
