PLAIN BROWNE LOGIC.
From the report of a meeting of Liberals addressed by a Mr Browne, Sir Joseph Ward's candidate for Wellington North: —
Mr Browne said the Reformers had taken some portions of the. Liberal policy.
A voice: Look what the Liberals have stolen from the Labour Party!
Mr Browne said he did not mind borrowing ideals if they were good ones.
What Mr Browne, apparently, blames the Reformers for is that the ideas they borrowed were not good ones!
