Received December 3, 1.5 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 28. The Daily Express states that Dublin extreme S.nn Feiners are determined to retaliate against the wholesale proclamation of the Sinn Fein organisations. Lord French and the whole staff at Dublin Castle are constantly guarded, as it is fearer! attempts will be made on their lives It is also expecte:l that efforts will be made to blow up Government buildings. It is known that Sinn Feiners have collected & vast stock of high explosives, Avhich they are turning into bombs. Supplies are ■irainly from Scotland, whence sympathising miners send gelignite. Constant outrages are be:ng perpetrated in the country districts, sucr as the burning o* riefvs and farm implements where farmers are known to have dealings with unionists or Orangemen.
