WANGANUI HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.
The above Society's rose, carnation, and sweet pea show wili be held in the Drill Hall on Friday next, December sth. Entries close at Rice and Co.'s to-day (Wednesday) at 6 p.m. Stalls of flowers, produce, and vegetables will be in charge of members, to/assist the funds of the Society. Afternoon tea will also be served. Contributions to the abovementioned are requested
