SALE OF REDWOOD ESTATE
An import-ant sale of property is announced in our auction columns, to be held on Wednesday, the 21st inst., at the Hamilton horsa bazaar, commencing at 11 a.m. The Farmers' Co-oper-ative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., acting on behalf of Messrs. J. Allwell and Co., will oiler the well-known Redwood Estate, situate in the heart of Cambridge, !by.public auction. For forty years Sir jj. Allwell has farmed the estate, and is now about to retire. One hundred and seventy acres of the mest and most centrally situated land in the district, sulxlivided into 11 sections, five of which hjive buildings thereon, will come under the hammer, full particuuars of which are given in the firm's special announcement. The pi'operty adjoins the Hnutapu railway station, is within a quarter of a mile of a school, and is only two miles from Cambridge by a level and perfect road.
