ROMANOFF REFUGEES.
(Received April 23, 8 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, April 20
The Dowager Empress of Russia, the Grand Duke Nicholas and other members of the Imperial family, nave arrived at Prinkipo from Yalja, aboard a British warship. The Dowager will shortly proceed to England en route to Copenhagen.
A number of British and other Allied subjects,.with many Russians, have been taken from Yalta in British vessels.
