(Received April 23, 8 p.m.) VIENNA, April 2a. Count Czernin, who, has been re-
peatedly refused a passport owing to J^^nti-Austrian propaganda conducted * in- Switzerland by fugitive aristocrats was arrested at Feldkirch, Vorarlajjerg, while attempting to cross the frontier. .
