BUSINESS NOTES.
At noon this day, Messrs Williams and Harper will sell by auction at their rooms, a valuable freehold property in the estate of C. L. Neilson, deceased, by direction of the Public Trustee. The property is in Dublin street with dwelling (No; 23). This should prove a good investment, as this street is fast becoming a business centre.
