SWIMMING.
In the swimming race School defeated Old Boys. Cowper (School) and Hartgill (Old Boys) went off together, the former gaining a slight advantage on his length, which P. L. B. Williams improved Barker (Old Boys) being beaten by about a yir:J or so. Lethbridge (School) lengthened the gap between School and Old Boys, though Boyd did well for Old Boys. The final lap was be--vet±n Harding and Marriner, the former, whio was in great form, givin.s School a fairly easy victory.
