It is understood the majority of the Crimes €k>mmissidia fayour thfa course* although Mr. Lansing is opposed to his trial on the ground that there is no power under the law. the Japanese, too, are opposed, holding t views on kingly sanctity. It ,is believed President Wilson and other delegates of the Council of Four do not share Mr. Lansing's views.
