THE WEEK'S NOTIFICATIONS.

WELLINGTON, April 22
The Minister of Public Health today supplied figures for the notifications of influenza during the days from April 14th to 17th. In all 38 cases were notified. In the Auckland district there were 14 cases, all mild except one gastric case at Ohura. In the Wellington health district there were 18 cases, —two at Eltham (both epidemic type), six in Wellington city (four severe and two mild >, three at Pahiatua, two mild and one pneumonic. All other cases in the district were mild. In Canterbury district there were five eases, two of them shipping cases at Lyttelton (both pneumonic) from the steamer Koromika. In Otago there was one mild epidemic case in the Vincent hospital district.
