WANGANUI DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB

The second competition for Messrs Bing, Harris, and Co.'s rug was fired on the Upper Aramoho range on Saturday afternoon, the ranges being 300 and 500 yards, seven shots and a sighter. Corpora! W. Salt, a member of the club, who is on leave from Trentham, was top score with 64 off the rifle, Hon. Member S.S.M. Wilson being second with 63 points, including a handicap of 2.
