William John Percy, clerk to the Mt. Hutt Eoad Board, on two charges of fraudulently conveying money, was admitted to probation for two years CHEISTCHUECH, October 29, The Supreme Court criminal sessions have opened/ Ernest Bush pleaded guilty to six charges of theft from his employer at Asiiburton, and was sentenced to a year's imprisonment on each charge, sentences to run concurrently.
