A reslution of sympathy with the ftsv. A. H Colville, Vicar- of the Church, of the Holy Sepulchre, Khyber rass, m his continued serious illness was passed by the Anglican* Synod at Auckland.
Mr. ,V. B. Stratton, secretary of the Egmont Racing Club, who has 'been on a health recruiting visit to Australia lias returned to Hawera. Mr Stratton has considerably benefited by the change.
