A Petrograd correspondent says that Bourtzeff, a leading revolutionary newspaper owner, ' also other publishers, are campaigning against Kerensky in favour of Korniloff.
The paper "Novoy Azhien" demands that the Government negotiate with the Central Powers for . a million Russian prisoners to participate in the elections. . Kerensky's health has greatly improved.
