RUSSIA'S PERIL.
KRONSTADT
BEGINS
PETIiOGK-AD, October 25. The evacuation of Kronstadt by civilians has begun. The P.ussian fleet at Jiclsuigi'qrs is in complete readiness for guarding the entrance to the Gulf of Finland.
The sailors' delegate avlio was sent by the fleet to a Baltic Sea island to watch the military operations, and who was prisonered, has escaped, and has reported that some Russian troops are showing a deplorable attitude. The Germans are being aided by espionage, which is rampant on the island. The inhabitants are signalling by spreading sheets to guide German airmen.
