KORNILOFF SUPPORTED.
(neuter.) Received Sept. 3, 9.45 p m PETROGRAD, September' 3. The Provisional Government has issued a statement reiterating its confidence in Korniloff. It announces the adoption of the disciplinary measures he stipulated and agrees that serious energetic measures are necessary to re-establish the army's fighting capacity. There is no question of superseding Korniloff.
