i AMSTERDAM, August 30. ihe. Lokal Anzeiger states that the entire new State Council of Poland has resigned on the ground trat the restoration of the Polish State has been too slow. They also have a gieat objection to the Austro-Gerinan. proposals for absorbing the Polish army. There are indications that Polish leaders if not striving for a public alliance with R-ussia, are seeking to assume a neutral attitude. The Lokal Anzeiger urges Germany to maintain its own safety.
