ORANGE BLOSSOMS.

A very pretty wedding took place at St. Mary's Church, Wanganui, on Monday morning, Aug. 27tn, when Miss Agnes Gedglian, daughter of Mrs. J. Perham, of Stratford, was united in the holy bonds of matrimony with Corporal Charles Prinoe, third son of Mr. and Mrs. George Prince,- of Westmere. The Rev, Father O'Connell officiated. The bride, who was given away by Mr. McGonnigai t looked charming m a beautiful gown or' white satin with an overdress of ninon, with real Brussels lacfl and pearl trimmings, and finished with true-lovers' knots. She also wore the usual veil and orange blossoms, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet or' tiny Erin lilies and freesias, intermingled with maidenhair and asparagus fern, fastened with streamers oir white satin ribbon. Miss Mary Geoghan (ssiter of the bride) and Miss Margaret Cooper acted as chief bridesmaids, and wore dresses of Fiigi silk with large black picture hats trimmed with pink roses to match, while they carried bouquets of freesias and pink snapdragon and maidenhair fern. The two little maids, Miss Edna Guy (Marton) and Miss Clarice Corney Wanganui), looked sweet in pretty frocks of silk embroidered" voile with mob-casp and bouquets of freesias and violets. Mr. S. Kirkwood, of Upper Aramoho. carried out the duties of best mgn. The bridegroom's present to the bride was a gold bangle, and to the bridesmaids gold brooches. The bride's present to the bridegroom was a wristlet watch. After the ceremony the guests were entertained afc wedding breakfast at Dustin's. Mr. and Mrs. Prince left for Wellington, where th*l honeymoon is being spent. The bride's travelling; dress was a navy tailored costume, with hat to match".
