LONDON, August 29
The Socialist Conference, has concluded. The official report says the1 commission's report is supported generally by France, Britain, Italy, Portugal and Russia, while South Africa, Belgium and the French raaority opposed. As unanimity was not reached, the report was merely recorded.
Received August 31st, ] .45 a m LONDON, August 30. The Inter-Allied Conference decided to hold another Allied Conference, in preparation for the -Stockholm Congress.
